What data and why

When you write to me through the form, I process your name, e-mail, phone number (if you provide it), your message and, where relevant, the painting you are asking about.

I only use this data to reply to you and, if we agree, to arrange the sale of a painting, a commission or a collaboration. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and my legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

How your data is handled

The form does not store your data on the website. It sends your message to my inbox using the Resend service. The website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard technical access logs (such as IP addresses) for operation and security.

Both providers are based in the USA. The transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, which form part of both services’ data processing terms; Resend is additionally certified under the EU‑U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

I never sell your data or use it for marketing.

How long

I keep our correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any collaboration, and no longer than 3 years after the last message.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visitors. Technical cookies are used only by the website administration for signed-in editors.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict processing and to object. Just write to me. If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
